Diane is a seasoned growth strategy consultant and start-up advisor with over 25 years of experience in international business development, scaling ventures, and securing investment. A former director at Enterprise Ireland in Silicon Valley and founding director of HBAN, Diane has supported hundreds of start-ups across Europe and the U.S., helping them raise millions in funding. She is also an expert mentor in high-impact entrepreneurship programmes.
Partner & Strategy & Ecosystem Lead
Mustafa is a business growth consultant, investor, and start-up mentor with over 20 years of experience in industrial development, international trade, and strategic advisory. Based in Cyprus, he has led cross-border business initiatives, supported early-stage start-ups, and guided companies through digital transformation, export growth, and EU-funded project development.

Who can apply to pitch?
We welcome applications from early-stage start-ups that have a registered company, a dedicated team (not solo founders), and early traction or revenue. We are especially interested in ventures with international scale-up potential.
Do you accept pre-revenue start-ups?
Our focus is on start-ups with some market traction. While we may consider exceptional pre-revenue ventures with strong validation and a committed team, we generally prioritize companies that are already generating revenue.
Is there a cost to apply or pitch?
No. Currently applying and pitching at our events is completely free for start-ups. We only earn a success fee from the investor side if an investment is made.
What happens after I apply?
Your application will be reviewed by our team. If selected, you will be invited to pitch at one of our upcoming demo days and receive onboarding support and pitching guidance.
Can you provide additional support?
Yes, we also offer professional consultancy services tailored for start-ups seeking guidance on growth strategies and enhancing their pitching performance. These services are designed to help you refine your approach and maximise your opportunities with investors, and may involve associated charges.
What is the pitching format?
Each selected start-up gets a 7-minute pitch slot, followed by 2 minutes of live Q&A with investors. The session is held online and attended exclusively by pre-registered investors.
Can I reapply if I wasn't selected?
Absolutely. We encourage reapplications—especially if your business has grown or achieved new milestones since your last submission.

Who are the investors in the Green Line Angels network?
Our network includes experienced angel investors from Cyprus (North & South), the UK, Ireland, Türkiye, and other EU countries. Many are founders, executives, or sector experts with a keen interest in early-stage innovation.
How do you select the start-ups we see?
We curate high-quality deal flow based on traction, team strength, market potential, and scalability. We review all applications thoroughly to present only investment-ready opportunities.
Is there a cost to join as an investor?
During the first year, there is no membership or event fee. If an investment is made in a start-up through the network, a success fee is applied to each deal (minimum €2,000), which is paid by the investor separately from the invested capital.
What happens if I'm interested in a start-up?
You will be introduced directly to the start-up team after the pitch session. You are free to proceed with your own due diligence, negotiations, and investment terms.
Do you co-invest or lead rounds?
We facilitate both solo and syndicated angel investments. Green Line Angels does not lead rounds, but we coordinate group interest and can co-invest alongside our network members.

Where are you based?
Green Line Angels is legally registered in Estonia to support cross-border operations, with partners and activities across Cyprus, the UK, Ireland, Türkiye, and the wider EU.
How often are pitch events held?
We organize curated online demo days every 6–8 weeks, depending on the volume and readiness of our deal flow.
Can I join your network without investing?
Yes. If you are an ecosystem supporter (e.g. mentor, evaluator, sponsor, or observer), you can still engage with us. However, pitch sessions are limited to qualified investors and partners.
Do you offer mentorship opportunities?
Yes. We value mentorship as part of early-stage growth. If you are an experienced entrepreneur or investor interested in mentoring, please contact us to discuss involvement.
